Short summary
The morphometric and physical aspects of eight cattle breeds in Indonesia were examined. The morphometric differences might be attributable to environmental and breed factors. Physical characteristics are critical for cattle identification and body measurements. There were two distinct clusters of cattle breeds with a common ancestor. The most important factor in estimating body weight was the heart girth circumference. Ongole Grade cattle are determined to be potential beef cattle in Indonesia.
