Short summary
This study aimed to determine the effects of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil, administered at doses of 1000 and 2000 mg, on the growth performance, feed intake and feed conversion ratio of male Kangal Akkaraman lambs. Consequently, identifying precise alternative administration methods – such as individual oral administration and therapeutic dosages – could maximise the beneficial systemic effects of essential oils on animal health and product quality.
